A PASSION FOR PHOTOGRAPHY

Photography has taught me to stop and appreciate the details in life. It’s about slowing down and looking for something real and honest to capture. Because in the real world, I rarely slow down!

Being married and having my own young family has really highlighted how quickly life can pass you by and how important it is to use our camera to stop and capture everyday moments. Whether this be at a wedding or during a lifestyle shoot – I love capturing people in love! I approach each shoot with passion and a desire to find beauty, wherever I am.

I am a natural-light photographer based in Derbyshire but available to cover weddings across the UK and abroad.

I love to capture emotion. Those moments when a bride sees her new groom for the first time, the proud face of her Father as he gives her away; the new mum whose heart is bursting over her new baby: all are priceless. I love the smell of rain after a hot day, family mornings that start with all four of us in bed together, baking with my boy & a nice creative project with my girl. Nothing pleases me more than to make others feel special and loved - this is my life mission. My family comes first, always. I love being creative and a perfect day-off for me would be endless craft and DIY supplies, free from little grabbing fingers!
