About Me
It’s the small moments, the fine details, and seeing the unique and honest capture – this is why photography has found me and why I have found photography.
I’m Emma - wife to a wonderful husband and mum to 2 delightful children. I've been a wedding photographer for fifteen years, but it wasn’t until I lost my father that I realised just how fast life flies by. I now pause every day to document candid moments in my own family life, and I approach each shoot with the same amount of thought and passion. I have a natural flair for seeing beauty wherever I may be, but I encourage you gently to let your own story flow. I then take these moments and craft them together so that they become part of your history.
Witnessing the emotion on the faces of the happy couple as they catch their first glimpse of each other; feeling the proud father's joy as he gives away the bride; sharing the pride of new parents as their hearts burst with happiness over their precious bundle: capturing these moments forever are what makes me love what I do. Documenting and sharing them so they can be cherished for generations to come.
I am drawn to creating a still which will spark a memory when time has passed. The cute baby rolls, the soft yet tight hand hold between two people who have found each other, both the tears and laughter of the grandparents as they witness a milestone reached before their very eyes.
I love family time which begins with cuddles in bed. My son and I adore baking together, and a creative project with my daughter always fills me with joy. I may not be able to leave chocolate truffles alone for long, but then cannot resist a blast in my running shoes. I love a family walk in the crisp autumn air, surrounded by the stunning autumnal colour.
With love,
Emma x
